Enjoy the motherly taste home cooking. Why not come and try? | The proprietress of the guest house, Micchan, treats us with local delicacies, such as Sabazushi (mackerel sushi), Makizushi (sushi rolls) and rice cooked with mountain herbs. The tastes of these prepared dishes have quite a good reputation. The biggest appeal of this guest house is that you can cook using seasonal ingredients together with Micchan who enjoys demonstrating her cooking skills. The flowers in the garden change with the seasons, allowing you to experience the four seasons in Japan. |

About the accommodations
Surrounded by plants and flowers, the appearance of Farm Guest House Micchan is adorable. And it’s no wonder because Micchan is a veteran who has been involved in group plant and flower planting and arrangement for more than 25 years. Making contact with the planting and arrangement group that seems simple but is actually deeply thought out will refine your own artistic sensibility. Also, since crafts made by her husband having an artisan spirit are placed here and there, pick them up, if given the okay, and stimulate your sensibility in a likewise manner.
Bath and amenities
Micchan’s bath is relatively wide and deep. You can soak up to your shoulders and stretch out your legs. Amenities for bathing and for getting ready in the morning include a toothbrush, shampoo, body-wash, cleansing foam, and hair dryer.
About the meals
At the guest house, you can enjoy Micchan's home-made meals to your heart's content. Feel free to tell Micchan what you want to eat, such as saba zushi, burdock root-contained sushi rolls, croquettes, sansai-okowa, or yomogi dango (mugwort dumplings). Of course, self-catering is acceptable. In this case, enjoy cooking delicious local dishes using seasonal vegetables under the guidance of Micchan.
※Self-catering menu is subject to change depending on the accommodation schedule.
※If you want to know the day’s self-catering menu, make a separate inquiry.
