Welcome to Kibichuo Town
Kibichuo Town is located at the center of Okayama Prefecture, and is bordered from east to south by Okayama City and Soja City, from the west by Takahashi City, and from the north by Maniwa City and Misaki Town.
It is a highland region 200 to 500 meters above sea level located in the corner of what is traditionally known as the Kibi Plateau, with a moderately cool inland climate compared to the southern part of the Prefecture.
The major industry of Kibichuo Town is agriculture, and the town thrives on wet-rice farming and various other agricultural products including highland vegetables, fruits, flowering plants, and dairy and beef cattle fattening farms. Kibichuo Town is also engaged in the promotion and development of industrial clusters in the more urbanized areas of the Kibi Plateau marketing the advantages of the quality infrastructure access to Okayama Airport and the Kayo Interchange on the Chugoku-Odan Expressway Okayama-Yonago Line.
There are many places of interest. Why not put on your traveling shoes on and visit Kibichuo Town?
